Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, promotional events, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons.

Delivery availability and timeframes may vary depending on your location and the delivery service available in your area.

Authority to Leave
Some deliveries may be left in a safe location at the discretion of the courier where an authority to leave has been provided.
Pick & Parcel is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the nominated address.
